I can't stand Rolling Stone "magazine". (I use that term in quotes because I'm not even sure they qualify as such, in my mind.) I think it's staffed by a bunch of pompous, self-righteous pricks and prickettes who wouldn't know good music if it jumped up an bit them in the ass. For some reason, we keep getting a free RS subscription. Just about 6 months worth or so, then it ends, but it starts again every year around this time. I've never subscribed, Hub hasn't, and I've never gotten a bill. Can only conclude its some sort of "free with purchase" thing. Anywho..... though I can't stand to read it, I must admit I do troll the pages for bits of Jovi-ness. Not that they'd ever have anything significant (or NICE) to say about the boys. But occasionally there is a pic.... Like in the current issue. We've all seen the pic before, of Jonny in St Barts, in his pirate shirt, but I must admit I rather enjoyed the entire page (well, minus Rihanna). Jonny, Ozzy, Nikki Sixx, and Holy Lord, would ya get a load of that 60-year-old bod on the Boss? Yowza!!! Jersey Boys, like fine wine..... ;D

I will admit, I picked up this month's mag b/c it had John Mayer on the cover, and I lust a little for him lol I love how they picked the "Jon looks so freaking confused" pic out of the lot, and I had to do a double-take at Boss. HOLY SHEE-IT! Lookin' good, Mr. Springsteen (tho the body-surfing pic makes him look a wee bit psychotic, IMO)

I own 2 issues of Rolling Stone Magazine and they are both from the 80's. Both have HRH on the cover. Other than that, I never look at this magazine. Who knew the Boss looked so good at 60? He looked good back in the 80's when I saw him on tour, but hell, look at him now! Go Bruce... And Ozzy just cracks me up...

I adore Ozzy. There was a great interview (blurb) with the Prince of Darkness in the mag. I just love him. Gene Simmons too. Though Gene is far more coherent and wildly intelligent, Ozzy is just plain fun.
