So, some of you know that there are a few guys that follow my blog. One of them, M, is transferring his VHS collection to digital, and SENDING THEM TO ME!! He said they'll be slow in coming, but they'll be coming. I'm putting them up on my Mediafire as I get them. First up: A KTF-era UK TV clip newsreel, running ~1 hour. |

I tried to extract the files, but get this message everytime:
Operation failed: Parts of the spanned archive are missing or corrupted.
I'm not sure it has something do with my program or maybe the file is damaged. Any idea??

I got that same feedback from someone else on my blog. I've re-created the files (now in 3 parts) and uploaded them from my LT to the MediaFire. I'm then DL'd them to my PC and see the same error.
I'm trying to sort it out. Sorry 'bout that.

Alright, I'm still having issues, so am going to have to try to rip it into smaller videos and put those up individually (the whole thing is 380MB, and won't go on the MediaFire directory lol) Thanks for your patience  |

Alright; I guess 7th time's a charm. I put the new files up (there are 3). Then I pulled them down on 2 different comps and didn't have a problem. Hope it works for you! If not, let me know, and I'll try a YouSendIt or something.

First part worked just fine. For part two and three I still get the error.

Hmmm, Tre was able to do it. Let me see what I can get to you. I have three more coming that I have to download/split up. One is a show in Hamburg, one is a "goodies file" that includes the Moscow Peace Festival and something else (I forget which) and one is JBJ: Songs and Visions (not sure what that is). Once I get them down, I'll be sure to post them for everyone (assuming I can get the damned thing to work...)

hath, songs and visions is a festival from 97/98 from london. there were stars like rod stewart, robert palmer, mary j. blidge, seal and some other amongst jon. they mostly played coversongs from the last 40 years. it's a absolutely great show and one of the hottest from our HRH I've ever seen! ;D
If I'm in a really bad mood and need some jovi fix, this is my choice to cheer me up! and it works all the time! ;D
