This weekend we celebrate Labor day here in the USA. Labor Day is on Monday. So to all those celebrating. Happy Labor day!

..and yes, Elena...there is a u in labour. ;D

Happy Labor Day! Could someone tell me why you are so excited about it? As far as I remember we have lots of demostrations, all shops are closed and it's not really funny. Maybe I will understand it when I'm no longer at college.

I didn't realise that Canadians could spell properly too! Happy Labor/Labour day to all who celebrate it. No more Bank Holidays here until after Christmas now tho

LOL! yes Liz, I remeber the difference in "British influenced" spelling! We Yanks simplify things and eliminate "extra" letters. And if you speak Joyze...well things get even stranger...especially when Jon speaks...some words seem to get extra syllables LOL! And for my European friends...I remember marching in the May Day parades and singing about "the proletaries of the world uniting as one!" once upon the time, long ago and far away! P.S. Liz I got 3 days off in the row
