I'M GOING CRAZY HERE!!
For two fucking weeks now my internet connection is NOT working the way it should. First thing my provider did, was telling me I have computer problems...well, we figured out very fast I haven't!!!
I have to admit when it comes down to computers I'm not the well informed person. I have no idea what's going on "Behind the scenes"...and honestly, I don't wanna know...I just want that it fucking works! I don't wanna know how to build a car either...I just wanna drive it dammit!
I reached the point where I started to play the "stupid woman" to get anything out from these so called experts and I finally was informed that it seems that the resistant in THEIR, not my, cable was to high!! Even I know that's not a good thing, that much I understood in science class at school!!
Interesting is that I had the same problem about ten months ago and it took only a couple seconds to solve that problem. I have no idea why they can't do it now!!
Right now I can decide whether I lose my internet connection every two minutes or have to wait for about four/five minutes for a site to load (not included are pics and videos or chat options...they simply don't work!)...high speed internet connection my ass!!
Actually they wanted to send out a technic guy yesterday, but the problem is that the guy is not from their company, so guess what he didn't show up and they have no idea why....and I'm still sitting here...fuming!
I just called again - I already have their number on speed dial and know my customer number by heart - and all he could tell me "The technician is working on it, he will call you back." WHEN??? FOR CHRIST SAKE??? WHEN???
I'm going crazy!! So much incompetence in ONE company can't be possible!!!
