Somebody steals your personal photo, cuts off your logo, then posts it on BonJovi.com as theirs, claiming it was taken at last night's show???

Mind you, I RARELY go on BJ.com... but JBJ's Facebook video lured me there, so I thought I'd take a look at last night's Nashville stuff to be sure it matched up with BJCT. Imagine my surprise when I came face-to-face with my very own Richie photo... which I did NOT upload. And which no longer had my "by CatteSambora" mark on the bottom.
Sadly, I couldn't say what I REALLY wanted to in my comment to the chick who uploaded it. It would have been censored and Matt B would have given me the stink-eye. It took the poster about 10 minutes to answer me back.
The translated response was something along the lines of "Now that I'm busted posting somebody else's photo as my own, my excuse is I didn't steal nothin'.... nice picture!"
WTF-Ever.
Look, I'm not saying I don't want people to enjoy the fruits of my photographic labor. If that was the case, I'd watermark them all to hell and keep them under lock and key. I'm happy to share, but I also want reasonable credit where it's due. That's why I take the time to mark the damned things, and I try to do it in a way that doesn't detract from the aesthetic of the photo. Unfortunately, that also means the marks are easy to crop out by certain unethical people who feel the need to claim ownership of something they obviously cannot produce themselves.
People, we all have personal photos others have taken. If they're marked, leave the marks on. Don't claim you took them if you didn't. Give credit where credit is due. If people ask you not to post them, don't post them.
And for GOD's sake, don't post them on BonJovi.com or Backstage, claiming them to be your own!!!!! That's just ASKING to be caught!
Have a little courtesy, for Cripes' sake.
End of rant.
