I've just got a new job ;D ;D I'm delighted & excited about it.  I didn't say it to anyone here but I was made redundant in the middle of last year.   I found this place not long after that & all of you have kept my spirits up, what with all the fanfics, chats, candy  , and everything else. I start my new job on Mon 23rd. I will still get on here, but probably not as often,  can't live now without the fanfics  & all of you  Mattie |

Hi everyone again I've just about caught up on my reading after my hols & 1st week of new job Looks like you all had an ab fab time last week on your trip. I've been reading your twitter updates & the blog, makes me so want to have been there (well you never know next year lol) I had a brilliant time on the ski holiday with my sis's daughters & nieces if you like you can see some pics here s394.photobucket.com/albums/pp29/mbwl/ski%20Austria/It was my daughters 1st time skiing & they loved it (well the snow this year was incredible) I did a 5.5Km (approx 3.5Mls) ski run from the top of the Ahorn mountain down to Mayerhofen town where we were staying, this was my 1st time doing it for you that ski it is classed as a Red but the last slope is just about a Black it was fantastic (I don't have photos of that run it was too steep to take out the camera!!!!!!!!) My 1st week at the new job has gone well, my brain is full of new things & I'm doing my best to remember everyones name (1 good thing is that I knew 4 people there already). It takes me approx 50 min to commute so my CD player is blasting Jovi all the way there & back makes the journey more pleasant. I think this post is long enough now so I'll STFU Mattie |

What beautiful pictures. Snow covered Austria is gorgeous. Thanks for sharing them with us.
Moving beyond the bunny slopes and surviving without breaking any bones is my idea of a great trip!
