Where are you gals? I'm in the southern tier of NY (right on the NY/PA border.) No snow here at the moment, it's only 27 today though. Most of the snow here melted when we hit 40 last week.

North-Eastern part of Germany...lots of snow in the last days. Unfortunately there are no mountains up here at the sea...I could learn skiing!

We've still got 3' drifts in the yard... but you can see patches of grass. Only in New England... I was ready for spring the moment the temperature dipped below 60F.

Sorry about the joke, Kris. I was trying to get you to smile about it, but I guess it's beyond that.
Were you able to get to work okay in it? How does the cm translate to inches for us math challenged Americans?

How does the cm translate to inches for us math challenged Americans? Well, it's not a lot 7.9 inch..if I'm not mistaken, but three days in a row..and it doesn't seem to stop. Actually the people here have some problems dealing with snow...it's probably different in the southern parts, because they have tons of snow every winter, but up here...nightmare...I think especially the car drivers risk too much...lots of accidents... I was lucky friday evening. For some reason it stopped while I was on my way home on my trustful bicycle...but I'm already thinking about how much layers I need tomorrow when I'll go to college..

Just don't forget the Jonny layer, it's always sure to keep you warm! LOL! Be careful out in the snow and watch out for the crazy drivers. They do that here too. For some reason they panic and forget how to drive when there is snow coming down.
