I thought overall the show was good. I thought Hugh Jackman kept the show moving well. Also, I thought there were far less stupid jokes this year.

I recorded it last night and just watched it. I really liked the show and was surprised to hear Hugh Jackman sing. It was great. The idea that five people who already won the award come out and have a small speech on the nominees was really nice. It's probably something the nominees will remember and it gave them some time to really realize it. All together I liked the show better then in the last years..not so much commercial if I'm not mistaken and not so stiff...oh, and german television finally decided NOT to get a translater...it was really refreshing to listen to the original voices!! lol
