It's done! It's over! I survived the two most stressful weeks in my life!
Yesterday I wrote my last test for my exam. God, I'm so glad it's over. And I so pray I made it, because I don't wanna go through this again.
There were some surprises during this two weeks. I was sure the public law tests would get me into trouble. Now I have to say those were probably the cases that I solved the best. Civil law was quite ok as well.
The criminal law test yesterday...well, it was criminal! Never had such a bad written statement of affairs. Mainly offense against property. Not my favorite! There was hardly anything in it you could use for subsumption in the elements of an offense. You could barely finish one. That wasn't fun to write and sure as hell isn't fun to read. I think the ones who are correcting it will freak. At least there was a little first-degree murder at the end. Simply love this section! lol
I have to say I'm feeling ok today. I try not to think about the tests anymore. It's done I can't change anything now. All I can do is wait for the result in SIX months! Yep, you read right! Six fucking months, before I know how I did and if I'm allowed to show up for the oral exam.
Unfortunately my best friend isn't feeling that good. She developed some kinda exam nerves. Normally she is very confident and knows what to do with a case, much better than me, but in the last two weeks, she wasn't able to get the easieast things right - that's at least wht she is saying, of course I have no idea what she wrote - she was complete out of balance after the tests. Never seen her like that. She was always one the people, who would pass with an A in my mind and now it seems she has to worry to pass at all. I really feel for her. It's scary to think that you put so much work and effort into all of this for seven years and then you won't make it. And the worse thing is, she can do it. When she'd calmed down again after the test she can tell you exactly what you had to do without checking in a book. That just sucks!
Well, that were my last two weeks. Tomorrow I will start packing with the help of my parents and I hope that we get the apartment empty by mid November. I still have to paint the walls and need to be out...and want to be out ....by end of November.
