and another one. It's incredible, I know.... I don't remember the video that they weren't able to count on David because of his accident and they put a life-size image of him.

I think this is what you are talking about - the movie was EdTv and the BonJovi song is Real Life. I always loved that even though David couldn't take part because of his accident they made sure to include him
