I'm sure a lot of you have heard that they're re-making Footloose....
Did ya know that they got country singer Blake Shelton to do the title song? Yep, he re-did the Kenny Loggins classic. Wanna hear it?

Hmmmm...never heard a remake sound so different yet still so much the same as the original. Definitely country (as he said "I open my mouth & country comes out!") but still very recognizable as the same song. He definitely made the song his own.
I like it. Never heard anything by him before (when it comes to country, I usually stick to my CDs/MP3s.) but he's good...I'll have to check out some more of his stuff.

LOL, someone's trying to tell me something...you post this, CMT tweets about their top-rated video, Blake Shelton's "God Gave Me You." Then my best friend calls me & says "You gotta hear this song my boyfriend just sent to me..." you guessed it, Blake Shelton. All in less than 24 hours!
