Probably.. This is like the gazillionth time a "source close to the couple" has said they're back together. She wasn't really that good for him last time -- if they are together again, hopefully their combined life experiences over the past two years will help them be more mature in their "relationship".

As long as he's happy...and doesn't slide back into needing rehab again.

Just got out of the hospital, not what I wanted to hear. Like many of you, I'm not a fan of Denise Richards, to me she comes off as no class with a sailor's mouth. I think he can do so much better. But if he is really happy, then I'm happy for him. Remember all the fuss about Jon hating her, wonder if that will start up again? Found this video where Richie talks about Denise:
