I am tired of the rumors. I wish Jon or Richie would man up and tell us the truth. I think the fans deserve that. I can't believe it is about money. I heard a interview with George Michael in the 80's that said he made 100,000 for waking up every morning. So Jon and Richie have to be making a lot more in royalties. They have more money then they need. Their kids don't need to work a day in their lives. The other thing is egos. Jon has been in charge since the beginning. He's a control freak we all know that. But, after all these years it's now a problem? None of this makes sense to me. Richie's addiction could be the problem. There was a lot of life stress the first time. Divorce, loosing his dad had caused the first breakdown. He sought help the first time, why wouldn't go back? This band is like a family, the members are brothers. They have said it countless times. So what drove them to give up on a brother(if the rumor is true)? I have not seen the band with Phil X, I'm sure he is good. No offense to him, the band to me will always be Jon, Richie, Tico and David. Though the band did survive getting rid of Alec. Sad times for the fans.
