To the participators of the Football FF:
Ok, I was over at the old board and started re-reading the Football FF...I'm sure you all remember it. And suddenly it hit me....summer 2007, well I read it first thing when I got registered so about spring 2008, but nevertheless, that was the time when I got hooked up with American football, shortly before I went to Belgium for six month, shortly before I figured out that I can't watch it on German TV, shortly before I prayed my computer wouldn't crash when I watch those small arrows flying across this extremely small field on the screen!! It's YOUR fault that I suffer from football withdrawl!!! LMAO

OMG! I'm so excited. I found out we have a small local football team here! I thought they didn't start with it again after they closed the league here a couple years ago. But there is a team. The Rostock Griffins! Sounds great, huh? Ok, it's only a small league and they don't play really good I think, we are last in the ranking  BUT IT'S FOOTBALL! Next home game is at July 12th! I'm so gonna go there...and they are even student friendly...wanna guess how much it costs?....Ah, you'll never guess.... 3 Euro (about 4,20 Dollar)...isn't that great! ;D GO GRIFFINS!!! |

Oh, you didn't see me during the Superbowl. LOL Finally I realized I have to stop shouting and cursing because it was 3 AM here and everyone else in the house was sleeeping! lmao

I have been reading the football FF also (for the 1st time). I'm lovin it...very funny. I was just thinking last night how much work went into that. You all did an amazing job. And the best part is...its nice and long so i can chip away at it while anxiously awaiting football season to start.

Work? No. Not really. It was too much fun to call it WORK....lmao. We've tried a couple of interactive fan fics since then....and none of them have been nearly as fun as the football story. That was the best!! I've got to try and come up with another idea. There have been a few pitched to me...but none that seem believable enough that the guys would join in on. But, I'm sure I can come up with something eventually....but I just don't think anything we come up with could top that one....lol
