OMG! I know something before everyone else?!? lol That's Nikki Lund. A 26-year old fashionista from LA. She and Richie are designing a clothing line for release this summer (it's up on my blog). Rumor has it he and Jen split b/c J is a little psycho, and he's doing the deed with Nikki now.

I agree she is a bit young, but what is age if you are compatible. Or maybe he just doesn't like to sleep alone.
In any case, he is still going for the young and blond, isn't he. Maybe he is looking for someone young because he wants more kids. Who really knows, but I hope he is happy. That is all that matters.

Mys, his type is young, blonde, and built. *sigh* Guess I'm not getting my shot at Rich after all lol And I am the last person to judge someone's personal preferences. He's unattached; as long as he doesn't f up his daughter and keeps smilin', I don't care who he shags. ;D

She ain't too young! I'm only 2 years older than her and you all know I wouldn't turn him down!! She is however too blonde and too built! He's definitely got a type hasn't he?! Maybe he should have a change, it hasn't worked out too well with that type so far has it? Hey Rich, fancy trying out a short brunette? Lol!!
