Hi everyone.
What is going on there in NYC? A plane crushed into Hudson River? We get barely information here? Did the people all died? Did some survive?
Great reaction by the ferry boats btw. Getting out immediately to look for survivers.

Well, it seems that all passengers and crew men survived. They are talking about a great effort from the pilot to bring that plane down without breaking it into several pieces. And thanks to all those ferries and other ships around the passengers didn't have to stay to long in the cold water of the Hudson, which is close to zero degress celsius. Well, a little miracle happened today, I would say!

I agree, a miracle did happen. All the news people are pretty much saying the pilot is a hero. What I heard was that there was a bird strike that caught an engine on fire. The pilot told the passengers to prepare for a rough landing and then landed the plane in the Hudson. They started getting passengers into inflatable boats right away. I have not heard of any fatalities, so that is good. I think there were some injuries though that were taken to the hospital but they don't sound serious from what I have heard from the news. They have been interviewing a passenger that was on the plane and he was pretty calm and he was saying how calm all the passengers were and how quickly the rescue took place.
So, yeah, Kris what a miracle today. So glad it was not the worst case scenario.
